In addition to photographing the work, I guide the entire process from start to finish.

This includes helping you plan who should be in each scene, selecting the best locations within your office or environment, and directing your team so they look natural, confident, and believable on camera.

I also guide wardrobe and casting so your images feel cohesive and elevated. This is one of the most overlooked parts of a successful shoot. If people show up wearing the wrong thing or if the group lacks balance in age, role, or presence, the images will not work. I make sure that does not happen.

Most teams are not used to being photographed. Without strong direction, images can feel stiff or awkward. I step in and lead in a way that puts people at ease while still producing natural, confident and true to how your team actually shows up.
